Lyft said that it will lay off 13% of its workforce in its second round of job cuts. The ride-hailing company froze hiring in US in September as a cost cutting measure and also laid off about 60 workers earlier this year. "The announced reduction in force is a proactive step as part of the company's annual planning," Lyft said.
