A Bengaluru woman rider has been handed a ₹1.36 lakh challan, which is almost double the cost of her scooter. The woman violated traffic rules 270 times, with violations including riding without a helmet, tripling, riding on the wrong side of the road, using a mobile phone while riding and jumping traffic signals. Her scooter was impounded by authorities.
